-Our products come with free shipping, but you are responsible for paying local taxes and customs duties. If you fail to pay local taxes or customs duties, or cannot complete the clearance on time, the customer should be responsible for any additional loss and costs.

-Before using your miner , please make sure to check for any deformities or damage, as well as the fans are functioning correctly or not. Additionally, listen carefully for any abnormal sounds and check if the heatsink is securely attached.

-Ensure the ambient temperature remains within the range of 10-35 °C and the ambient humidity below 65%.

-Maintain a clean environment to prevent the entry of dust, hair, catkins or other objects into the miner.

-Ensure a stable voltage supply and do not plug or unplug cables while the power is on.

-Customer must not disassemble the miner without prior permission from Goldshell After-sales Team. Warranty service won’t be provided if the miner or other components are crushed or damaged due to improper conditions.
